What I’ve Learned About Children and Faith
Hi, I’m Rocio—and I’m so glad you’re here.
StickyMess Ministry was born out of a simple belief:
children don’t experience God first through explanation…
they experience Him through what they feel, see, and live.
I’ve spent years working with children, teachers, and families, and I kept noticing the same thing—
when faith becomes real, relational, and tangible… it sticks.
Not because it was explained perfectly,
but because it was experienced.
That’s why everything I create centers around everyday moments—
the kind that happen in classrooms, around tables, and in the middle of real life.
What I Care About Most
I care about helping:
Teachers feel confident, not overwhelmed
Parents feel encouraged, not pressured
Children experience God as safe, near, and real
Because what a child feels about God first…
becomes the lens for everything that follows.
Why This Matters
Faith is not built in perfect moments.
It’s formed in small, consistent ones.
Through StickyMess Ministry, my hope is simple:
That children, families, and leaders don’t just learn about God—
but begin to recognize Him in the middle of everyday life.
